How It Works

2. Approval & Guidance

Select your preferred design and we’ll begin processing immediately
4. Return
Ship your item securely using our provided instructions
Processing Timelines
- Refunds processed within 5–12 business days after inspection
- Exchanges initiated after new design confirmation
- Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days (with images)
Eligibility Requirements
- Item must be unused and unworn
- All original packaging must be included
- IGI / GIA certification (if provided) must be returned
- Maximum 1 return/exchange per order (up to 2 per year)
- If a prepaid label is issued, item must be shipped within 7 days
🔧 Resizing & Repair Support
- One-time resizing support up to $50 (within 30 days)
- Minor repair reimbursement up to $100 (within 30 days)
Services must be completed through a local jeweler. In-house or pickup services are not available.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours, provided production has not yet begun.
Customs & Duties
No Duties Applicable: USA, UK, UAE, Australia, Hong Kong
For other countries, applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Refused shipments are not eligible for return or exchange.

- Custom-made designs are non-returnable and non-refundable
- Engraved or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange

Bright Brilliance reserves the right to decline requests in cases of misuse or excessive returns. All decisions regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds are made at our sole discretion. This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice.
