You send us the idea and we take it from there. Most people start with the enquiry form on this page, though email and WhatsApp work just as well. One of our design specialists will come back to you with a few questions, then a CAD drawing of your ring along with a full quote. Once you approve it, we make it. Your ring goes through quality inspection, gets packed, and ships insured to your door.

CAD design is free at Bright Brilliance, and you get three revisions on it at no cost. That's usually enough to get every detail sitting right. If your design is especially complex and you'd like a photorealistic render alongside the CAD, that's $30, and a few unusually demanding requests carry a small additional cost on top. Either way we'll quote it to you first. Nothing gets added to your invoice quietly.

Going with an IGI certified lab grown diamond or moissanite means more of your money ends up in carat weight and finish rather than in mining costs. Tell us your budget and we'll design inside it.

16 to 22 days from design approval to delivery. That's the whole thing: crafting your ring, quality checks, and insured shipping. If you're working towards a proposal date, express delivery brings it down to 12 to 15 days for $50. Tell us the date at the very start and we'll give you a straight answer on whether it's realistic.

A screenshot, a Pinterest board, a link to something you saw on another website, a photo of your grandmother's ring, a sketch on the back of an envelope. Even describing it in plain words is enough. You don't need to know what a cathedral shank or a hidden halo is. That part is our job.

Yes, and this matters more than any other step. Nothing goes into production until you've seen the CAD and approved it in writing. You have three free revisions, so if the band looks heavier than you pictured or the halo isn't sitting the way you wanted, tell us and we'll change it. Please take your time here. Because custom pieces can't be returned, this approval is where you get to be as fussy as you like.

Our lab grown diamonds arrive IGI certified and are the same material as mined diamonds, identical right down to the chemistry. Moissanite is its own gemstone, tougher than most people expect at 9.25 on the Mohs scale, and it throws more fire than a diamond does. Ask your specialist to quote the same design both ways. Seeing the two numbers next to each other usually settles it.

Every lab grown diamond Bright Brilliance sets comes with its IGI certificate. That document records cut, colour, clarity and carat weight, graded by an independent laboratory rather than by us. It ships alongside your ring. Keep it somewhere safe, because you'll need it for insurance and for any servicing down the line.

Try to get the size right before you order. There's a guide on our site for measuring at home and we're happy to walk you through it. If it's still off when the ring arrives, we cover one resizing up to $50 within 30 days of delivery, carried out by a local jeweller of your choosing and reimbursed by us. Minor repairs are covered the same way, up to $100.

Email care@brightbrilliance.com within 3 days of delivery with clear photos. If a ring turns up damaged, or it doesn't match the design you signed off on, we put it right at our cost. Being non returnable doesn't mean you carry our mistakes. One small request: open the box when it arrives instead of tucking it away until the proposal, because finding a problem on the day itself is a situation nobody wants to be in.

You have 48 hours, provided we haven't started crafting it yet. Once production begins, the materials are already committed to your specific design and it can't be unwound. If your plans change, call or email us straight away and we'll tell you exactly where your order stands.

Every Bright Brilliance order ships fully insured through DHL Express, FedEx or UPS, and a tracking number lands in your inbox the moment it leaves us. Shipping is free to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Dubai and Hong Kong, with no import duties in any of those countries. Orders under $500 going to the USA carry a $50 shipping charge. If a parcel goes missing in transit, we refund it or remake the ring.
